CHEONGYILEI
Me, I don't eat (most of) my veggies. I enjoy air-conditioners on humid mornings, ice-creams on cold evenings and sleeping on rainy nights. I'm a dreamer and a kpop lover. I like dark red roses and bright yellow sunflowers, but I hate artificial flowers. I like travelling and daydreaming a lot better than annotating literature texts though I like libraries, bookstores and thick a4-sized notebooks. I think its fun to scribble stuff - words, quotes, pictures, symbols - in my notebooks. I have a tendency of writing notes on foolscap and losing them ): Oh, I think I want to dye my hair red when I grow up. And and and, I think its pretty fun writing this.
Δ People watching

Love is such a scary thing, you allow people to close you in, creep into your personal space and yet derive joy and pleasure from the attack.
This boxy thing we call the phone is kinda mind boggling too, the music's like some hypnotic tune, the game's some magical transportation, everybody's captivated and brought somewhere different.
A glance here, another diverted look there, a hard peer, a quick scrutiny. No wonder people watching is creepy. While the train goes zoom zoom beep beep bye bye.
Δ SMU Convocation 2015

Wow, time really flies and it's been a full term at SUTD already. Today's math paper marks the end of the term and convocation this evening marks the start of another journey. It feels like so many things have flew by, I hardly had time to process and think twice about it. Yet, I somewhat enjoyed the difficult times, as if there were some sort of triumph over the obstacles, albeit them being really really small ones. Idk, it's kind of lame.
And anyway, back to the main point on my exams and smu. Yay, exams are over but I feel like I haven't done well enough for them? And I'm all ready for physics bootcamp sighpies. SMU convocation was actually cool, much better than the SUTD one frankly, it was like watching the star awards live. The background... The dancers... The whole performance was generally very very professional and the different performing arts group's interpretations of the theme was really special.
After that, I went on to hang out with my classmates Nicholas, Marvin, Jason, Jeremy and Rachel and one of the DDP guys, Yilong joined us (actually, it's because he had to bring us two noob girls to the place haha). And nope, I didn't drink. A for awesomeness. But I had a great time hanging out with them and talking about school life and related stuff.
So now I'm actually on the train back and I don't know if it's because of the time (brain activity increases at night apparently), the drinking mood with my friends or just because I'm retarded but I get nostalgic when it's drinks + nights. Maybe nostalgic isn't even the right word.
"He said one day you'll leave this world behind
So live a life you will remember
My father told me when I was just a child
These are the nights that never die
My father told me"
-The Nights, Avicii
Sometimes I wish I had a better command of English or paid more attention during descriptive essay writing classes in primary school - perhaps I would be able to express myself better then. All these things about life, the fleeting moments, the incessant buzzing, the silent rage, they are so complex that I cannot seem to write or talk about them. But books, poetry and literature seems to do that just fine. So yah,):
Lots of love,
The airhead bimbo who doesn't know what to say.

How long has it been since I last wrote a post? I don't even remember. Well, it's the exam season again and I'll be having my final term exams next week. It's going to be a tough period of time but well, I really hope I don't have to end up in bootcamp for physics? Sigh all the things I want to do during my holidays. The thought of having to spend it on bootcamp/remedial classes again... Sigh. When am I ever going to stop qualifying for them? )':
Anyway, my time has been pretty much split between slacking away, classes, tuition, german, french connection and ballroom (which I seriously suck at no kidding). I feel that I'm over committing myself - especially since I'm thinking of taking up another tuition and doing urop. I don't know how to put this across but sometimes I feel like I'm just joining all these things because I want to try new stuff but nothing really works out? Idk, I'm probably being weird again, this feels like one of those nights. But ok although I hate the fact that I don't really have time to sit down and study/enjoy/chillax, I really like being involved in 5th rows? Idk, just my way of escaping from the palms of physics.
Oh and about holidays - don't really think I'm going to have one since it's going to be smu classes three days a week. Sigh. Tired. Tired. Tired.
Ha. Ha.
